Doctors who identify hereditary predispositions to certain diseases or the genetic nature of existing patient conditions are valuable specialists in any country. Polish healthcare, which is currently experiencing staffing challenges, has an especially acute need for such physicians. This represents a real opportunity for specialists from Ukraine or Belarus to secure a position as a geneticist in Poland with high pay and excellent prospects. And our company will assist all those interested in making this happen.
What does a medical geneticist do?
The range of professional duties of this specialist includes:
identifying hereditary diseases or predispositions to them using various research methods — laboratory, instrumental, cytological, and screening;
studying the patient’s family medical history;
determining the probability of genetic abnormalities in a fetus;
consulting and treating patients with hereditary diseases;
establishing biological kinship based on the analysis of genetic material.
At present, job offers for immunogeneticists in Poland are also quite common. This branch of genetics studies the characteristics of the human immune system — namely, immune responses to antigens from the perspective of inherited factors. In particular, immunogeneticists are involved in matching donor–recipient pairs for organ transplantation and in researching compatibility between men and women who face recurrent pregnancy loss.
At present, the symbiosis of immunology and genetics is actively developing as an independent field, which is why there is a constant demand for competent specialists in this area.
Geneticists and immunogeneticists work in public and private clinics of both inpatient and outpatient types, women’s and family consultation centers, perinatal centers, pediatric medical institutions, laboratories, and research organizations.

Who can be hired as a geneticist?
A foreign citizen applying for a position as a geneticist in Poland must:
present a diploma confirming graduation from a medical university in their home country;
have a certificate confirming completion of additional training in the relevant specialization;
possess sufficient professional experience, confirmed by at least 3 years of work within the last 5 years. This requirement currently does not apply to Ukrainian citizens;
know the Polish language at a level that allows them to perform professional duties without a translator or dictionary;
have a valid permit issued by the Polish Ministry of Health;
be responsible, communicative, diligent, and friendly, strive to acquire new skills, competencies, and knowledge, and continuously develop professionally.
Such applicants are offered positions as immunogeneticists in Poland or geneticists with a starting salary of 7,500 PLN gross per month, a regulated working day, additional pay for overtime, and other benefits.
Specialists in both private and public clinics are provided with everything necessary to perform their professional duties and have the opportunity to work in conditions that are ideal for professional growth and career development.
Relocating to work in another country is always associated with a number of challenges — paperwork, housing search, language barriers, and the need to integrate into society. We are ready to provide not only assistance in selecting the optimal vacancy and securing employment, but also long-term support during the adaptation period to new conditions.
