The salary for a general surgery doctor in Poland ranges from 13,000 to 22,000 PLN per month before taxes. Employees are provided with uniforms and temporary accommodation in a dormitory. Later, the clinic can assist in finding separate housing.

Work schedules are individual and can range from 168 to 268 hours per month, distributed over varying numbers of days.
