As is well known, allergic reactions are directly related to the functioning of the immune system. And the lower the immunity of a population, the more often various allergic reactions occur in both children and adults. In this regard, as well as taking into account the mass labor migration of specialists to Western European countries, working as an allergist in Poland is today more accessible for foreigners than ever before.
We have been placing foreign doctors — primarily Ukrainians and Belarusians — in Polish medical institutions for several years. Our portfolio includes a large pool of successful cases and a constantly updated database of current vacancies. We will find you a position as an allergist in Poland with a good salary and comfortable working conditions. In addition, we provide comprehensive support with language learning, relocation, housing search, and document processing.

Responsibilities of a Polish allergist
The role of such a specialist is to diagnose and treat various types of hypersensitivity reactions to external triggers. These may include skin reactions, respiratory system issues, conjunctivitis, and other conditions.
The responsibilities of an allergist include:
patient examination and interviews, review of medical history;
conducting clinical and laboratory tests;
making a diagnosis and identifying the causes of the condition;
prescribing and adjusting treatment according to an individual plan;
maintaining medical documentation.
Allergists also issue clearance or contraindications for vaccination based on the results of patient examinations.
Procedure for obtaining permission to practice medicine
Any doctor from Ukraine or Belarus can obtain the right to practice medicine in Poland. Preference is given to medical specialists who have worked continuously in their profession. The Ministry of Health divides medical professionals who are granted a license to practice into three categories:
doctors who have only a diploma confirming higher education in medicine or medicine and dentistry;
doctors with a specialist diploma;
doctors with a medical diploma, a diploma confirming specialist qualification, at least 3 years of professional experience as a specialist, and declared knowledge of the Polish language.
Each of the above categories may obtain a conditional right to practice. Everything depends on the future medical institution and its current staffing needs. A prerequisite for obtaining the right to practice the profession is submitting the relevant application, notarized translations of diplomas, and the required declarations. After receiving the conditional right to practice, the doctor applies to the voivodeship medical center to obtain permission for medical practice or dental practice. The total time required to obtain all permits ranges from 3 to 4–5 months.
Allergists work in public and private outpatient clinics or in general-profile hospitals.
